By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Free Trial Period
We offer a free trial period for new users to evaluate our Service before committing to a paid subscription. During the trial:
- You have full access to our Standard plan with 100 reviews limit for the trial
- No payment information is required to start the trial (unless otherwise specified)
- You may cancel at any time during the trial without any charges
- Your trial will not automatically convert to a paid plan. You must subscribe manually. Once you subscribe, your trial will immediately convert to a paid subscription
We encourage all users to thoroughly try out our Service during the trial period to ensure it meets your business needs.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your account will be downgraded to a limited free tier (if available) or deactivated
Important: Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Please see the refund eligibility section below.
Refund Eligibility
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans, refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Service unavailability: Pro-rated refund for extended outages (exceeding 24 consecutive hours) due to our fault
- Billing errors: Full refund for duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
- Critical account issues: Refund consideration only if a verified, critical technical issue on our platform (not including third-party integrations, user configuration errors, or minor service disruptions) completely prevented you from accessing core functionality for an extended period
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans, refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Service unavailability: Pro-rated refund or subscription extension for extended outages (exceeding 24 consecutive hours) due to our fault
- Billing errors: Full refund for duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
- Critical account issues: Refund consideration only if a verified, critical technical issue on our platform completely prevented you from accessing core functionality for an extended period
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- General dissatisfaction with the Service
- Failure to cancel before subscription renewal
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
- Change of business circumstances or no longer needing the Service
- Expectation of features not included in your subscription plan
- Third-party service issues (e.g., Google API changes, payment processor issues, integration errors)
- User configuration errors or inability to set up integrations
- Minor service disruptions or temporary unavailability
- Failure to use the Service during the subscription period
- Requests made more than 90 days after the original charge
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your account email, transaction ID or receipt, and the reason for your refund request
- Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 8-10 business days
- Receive Decision: We will notify you of the refund decision via email

Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Currency: Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction
- Bank Processing: Additional time (7-14 business days) may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Payment Method Specific Information
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card within 10-15 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: Refunded to the original bank account within 10-14 business days
- Digital Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet within 8-10 business days
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Inability to create new accounts in the future
- Collection efforts for any outstanding balances
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Please give us the opportunity to address your concerns before taking other action.
Special Circumstances
Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide pro-rated refunds for any unused portion of annual subscriptions.
Feature Removal
If we remove a significant feature that was a primary reason for your subscription, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or plan adjustment.
Exceptional Cases
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. For situations not covered by this policy, please contact our support team. We will review each case individually and make decisions at our discretion.
Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades
When upgrading your plan, you will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your billing period, and the new plan will take effect immediately.
Downgrades
When downgrading your plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for the difference in plan pricing.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy. Refund requests will be processed according to the policy in effect at the time of your original purchase.
